I understand the complexities of emotional and behavioral health, from ADHD and anxiety to mood disorders and school-related challenges. My extensive background in school psychology gives me a deep understanding of the IEP and 504 processes, allowing me to support families in advocating for their child’s needs within the education system.

But beyond my professional experience, I get it on a personal level too. As a mom raising teenagers, I know firsthand how tough it can be to navigate the ups and downs of growing up in today’s world. I understand the worries, the late-night Google searches, and the hope that your child will find the right support. I also understand the immense pressures of being an adult—balancing work, family, and personal well-being while trying to keep everything together. Life can feel overwhelming, and seeking help shouldn’t be another stressor. That’s why I approach my practice with both clinical expertise and real-life empathy—because I’ve been there too.
